Membership Form
Complete and return the membership form then setup the Direct Debit:

Complete one of the GoCardless Direct Debit forms:
- Annual Membership for one individual - £15
- Annual Membership for two individuals in the same household - £22.50
- Annual Membership for student or unemployed - £5
GoCardless will notify you 3 working days before any new payments, subscriptions or changes to subscriptions.
